Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a less expensive floor heating panel with its distribution of temperature at the surface being uniform by a method wherein two hot water feeding pipes are arranged in parallel over a substantial entire surface of the base body of the panel and drawn in the base body of the panel. CONSTITUTION:Liquid feeding pipes 4a and 4b composed two plastic pipes or the like are arranged in parallel substantially over an entire surface of the base body 1 of the panel in the base body 1 of the panel in which for example a thermal insulation plate 2 of foamed plastic or the like and a hard asbestos plate 3 are connected to each other. Each end of the panel is drawn out at the corners 5 and 6 at the same side surface of the base body 1. Each of the liquid feeding pipes is applied as a hot water feeding pipe and a hot water returning pipe, respectively. If hot water is flowed in a reverse direction, a temperature in which hot water temperatures at adjoining portions of the pipes 4a and 4b are made as a uniform value and an amount of calorie over an entire region of the panel is made equal. The asbestos 3 is superior in its mechanical strength, so that the floor heating panel does not require any conventional type of reinforcing plate.

<Prior art> Underfloor heating panels used for floor heating basically have hot water pipes embedded in the panel base, but the temperature of the hot water flowing through the hot water pipes depends on the hot water supply from the hot water pipes. The temperature gradually decreases as you move away from the end, and there is a considerable difference in hot water temperature between the hot water supply end and the hot water discharge end.

However, conventional floor heating panels have a structure in which a single hot water pipe (for example, a metal pipe such as a copper pipe) is simply meandered from one corner of the panel base to the opposite corner. The amount of heat supplied varies considerably within the panel surface due to the temperature difference in the heated hot water, and this is a major cause of uneven temperature distribution on the panel surface.

Furthermore, the panel base of a conventional floor heating panel is composed of a heat insulating plate and a surface radiant plate made of metal such as aluminum, and the heat storage effect relies on a special heat storage material provided around the hot water pipes. Therefore, a heat storage effect can only be expected locally, and this is also one of the causes of the above-mentioned surface temperature unevenness.

Furthermore, the strength of the panel base of the above structure is insufficient, so conventional underfloor heating panels must be covered with reinforcing boards such as plywood, and plywood warps and bends over time. This caused the inconvenience of requiring replacement after installation.

Moreover, the floor heating method of the present invention covers almost the entire surface of a rectangular panel base made of a joined body of a hard asbestos board provided on the front side and a heat insulating board provided on the back side.
In addition, two hot water pipes are routed in parallel in contact with the asbestos board, and either their ends are drawn out from the panel base, or their inner ends are connected to each other within the panel base. Each has a basic configuration in which the other end is drawn out from the panel base, and furthermore, the panel base has a planar shape of a desired size or a planar shape of a half thereof, and each of the water pipes The ends are located at both corners of one side of the panel base, or are located at corners symmetrical to each other with respect to the center of the panel base, or are located at one corner of the panel base so that they can be respectively pulled out, and the conveyor Floor heating panels (five types of panels P 1 to P 5 to be described later) with different positional relationships of the draw-out corners of the ends of the hot water pipes are selectively combined and laid on a floor surface of a desired size, In addition to connecting the two water supply pipes of each floor heating panel, two systems of hot water supply pipes and hot water return pipes are installed on at least one side of the panel floor surface, and these pipes are connected to multiple locations on the panel floor surface. The system is connected to the two hot water pipes of each floor heating panel, and by flowing hot water into each pipe from opposite directions, hot water also flows from opposite directions into the hot water pipes. .

In the floor heating panel of this embodiment, since the two plastic pipes 4a and 4b are routed in parallel as described above, they are used as the outgoing water pipe and the returning water pipe, respectively, and the plastic pipes are used in the opposite direction. If you pour hot water into the plastic pipes 4a and 4b, you can remove them anywhere on the panel surface.
The average temperature of the hot water in adjacent areas is almost uniform, and the amount of heat supplied is equalized over the entire panel surface. Furthermore, the asbestos board 3 has good heat storage properties and exhibits a high heat storage effect, and the heat storage effect is not localized as in the conventional case, but is exerted over the entire panel surface. Therefore, according to this embodiment, the panel surface temperature distribution can be made much more uniform than before.

With the above configuration, the hot water supplied from the water heater flows through the floor heating panels P 3 to P 5 and P 2 to P 1 to P 3 as shown by the arrows in the figure, and is then returned to the hot water supply system. Return to device. As mentioned above, each floor heating panel P 1 to P 3 and P 5 has a uniform surface temperature distribution, so compared to the conventional system in which the hot water pipes meander sequentially from one side to the other, the temperature distribution across the entire floor surface is uniform. is heated dramatically and evenly.

FIG. 10 is a schematic plan view showing another embodiment of the floor heating method of the present invention. In this example, the entire floor of a 6-tatami room is heated, and in the figure, two P 1 panels are installed on the upper side, and below them, from the left side, P 2 , P 4 , Panels P 4 and P 3 are being installed in sequence. And the ends of the mutually opposing plastic pipes of each underfloor heating panel are fitted with straight sockets S 1
interconnected by... In addition, a floor heating panel pulled out on one side of the floor (lower side in the figure)
The ends of the plastic pipes P 2 and P 3 are connected to the hot water of the water heater through T-shaped left and right penetrating sockets S 2 , S 2 , T-shaped one-end closed sockets S 3 , S 3 and external relay pipes 20 , 21 . It is adhesively connected to the supply pipe 22 and hot water return pipe 23 as shown. The flow of hot water is as shown by the arrows in the figure. In this case too,
Compared to conventional systems, the plastic pipes are not simply meandering from one side to the other, so the entire floor is heated much more evenly.

FIG. 11 is a schematic plan view showing still another embodiment of the floor heating method of the present invention. In this example, the entire floor of a 20-tatami room is heated. In this case, from the top in the figure, four P3 panels and four P2 panels are laid out in five tiers, as well as four P2 panels. The ends of the mutually opposing plastic pipes of each floor heating panel are interconnected by straight sockets S 1 . In addition, underfloor heating panels are pulled out on two sides of the floor (upper and lower sides in the figure).
The ends of the plastic pipes P 3 ..., P 3 ... are connected to the hot water of the water heater through a T-shaped left and right penetrating socket S 2 ..., a T-shaped one-end closed socket S 3 ..., and external relay pipes 20 ..., 21 .... It is adhesively connected to the supply pipes 22, 22 and hot water return pipes 23, 23 as shown. The flow of hot water is as shown by the arrows in the figure.

When the floor area is large like this, the conventional method of simply meandering from one side to the other would cause a drastic drop in temperature and would not be able to respond well. Since one is the outgoing path for hot water and the other is the incoming path, and hot water is supplied from above and below in the figure, the entire floor surface is heated fairly evenly. If you insert another hot water supply pipe 22 and hot water return pipe 23 around the second or third stage of the panel,
Of course, even more uniform heating can be achieved.

As is clear from the above three embodiments, according to the present invention, five types of floor heating with different planar shapes, hot water pipe extraction positions, etc. as shown in FIGS. 1, 3 to 6 are available. By appropriately combining panels, the floor surface of a room of any size can be heated evenly. Furthermore, depending on the shape of the combination, the hot water supply pipe and hot water return pipe of the water heater can be connected only on one side of the floor surface, making the installation work easier.
