Abstract
PURPOSE:To diffuse gas due to synthetic resin from an opening into the atmosphere and to prevent welding defects such as blow holes, etc., from occurring by providing an opening reaching the synthetic resin layer on a damping steel sheet and conducting an arc welding from the opening. Then, the internal circumferential angle of the hole 4 is arc-welded. At the time of welding, the synthetic resin layer 2 between the damping steel sheets 1 is burnt into gas and the gas is discharged from the hole 4 and the effect on welding by the gas is reduced. Two surface sheets 1a, 1b of the damping steel sheet 1 and the pressed parts 3 of steel sheet are welded strongly and integrally to make a bead 5 and to give a good welding property.
