Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide the titled composition having high thermal deformation temperature and excellent impact resistance, weather resistance, etc., by compounding a specific maleimide copolymer, a specific vinylic copolymer and a specific olefinic copolymer in their specified amounts. CONSTITUTION:The objective resin composition comprises (A) 50-90pts.wt. (hereinafter referred to as pts.) of a maleimide copolymer comprising A1: 50-95wt.% (hereinafter referred to as %) of an aromatic vinyl monomer (e.g.: styrene), A2: 5-50% of a maleimide monomer (e.g.: N-phenylmaleimide) and A3: 0-40% of a copolymerizable vinylic monomer (e.g.: acrylonitrile), (B) 1-50pts. of a vinylic copolymer comprising B1: 50-95% of the same monomer as A1, B2: 5-50% of the same monomer as A2, B3: 0-40% of the same monomer as A3 and B4: 0.5-50% of a vinylic monomer (e.g.: methacrylic acid) having a carboxyl group or acid anhydride group in the molecule, and (C) 5-50pts. of an olefinic copolymer having oxirane rings at its side chains.
