Claims (1)
- 水平方向に移動する被処理物にスプレー処理を
施すスプレーノズルを備えたスプレーヘツダが、
被処理物の移動方向に対して垂直な方向に延設さ
れた横型スプレー処理装置において、上記スプレ
ーヘツダが傾斜して設けられるとともに、スプレ
ーヘツダの下方側端部付近に処理液抜き孔が形成
されていることを特徴とする横型スプレー処理装
置。
