- ブース内でフイデイツプ方式及び／又はスプレ
ー方式によつて被処理物が処理されるようになつ
ている表面処理装置において、前記ブース内の天
井が外板及び内板からなる二重構造になつており
、前記外板の内面に結露して落下する水滴を前記
内板で受けて前記被処理物に当たらない箇所に流
し去ることができるようになつていることを特徴
とする表面処理装置のブース天井構造。
