PURPOSE:To attain emergent call from a general terminal equipment, by allowing a master station to discriminate the correctness of an emergent calling request by emergent calling destination connection information from a slave station, to interrupt forcibly by a prescribed procedure one channel among all calling channels during communication depending on the true emergent calling request so as to assign the channel to the calling channel for emergent communication. CONSTITUTION:A main control section 14 of a master station 3 discriminates whether or not the emergent calling destination connection information sent from a slave station 4-1 is a calling request to a predetermined emergent calling destination for the truth. When it is discriminated that the request is the true emergent calling request, the main control section 14 selects one channel among all busy calling channels to the 1st multiplexing/demultiplexing means 13 and sends forced interruption instruction information to a slave station using the calling channel. The slave station interrupts the calling channel in use and sends the interruption response information to the master station 3.
