子ビームを偏向する偏向手段と、前記電子銃5か
ら放射された電子ビームを衝撃させるスクリーン
13と、前記偏向手段と前記スクリーン13との
間に配置された偏向拡大電子レンズ12と、前記
電子銃5、前記偏向手段、前記スクリーン13及
び前記偏向拡大電子レンズ12を収容する管体1
とを少なくとも具備し、前記偏向拡大電子レンズ
12が電子ビーム入口側に配置され且つグランド
電位とされる第1の筒状電極17と、電子ビーム
出口側に配置され且つ前記第1の筒状電極17の
電位よりも高い電位とされる第2の筒状電極18
