Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent leak of pyrogenic fluid by pressing an outer annular member on the opposite metal outer pipes, engaging an inner annular member outward the opposite ceramic inner pipes and forming a space between the inner annular member and the end of the outer pipe. CONSTITUTION: A double-walled structure is formed by a ceramic inner pipe 22 and an outer pipe 23 relatively movably engaged with the inner pipe 22. Flanges 25, 25 are formed at the end portions of the outer pipes 23, 23, and pressed between the end surfaces thereof via an outer annular member 26. An inner annular member 30 is engaged outwardly with the end portions of the inner pipes 22, 22 in a tight way. The external diameter D1 thereof is smaller than the internal diameter D2 of the outer annular member 26, but larger than the internal diameter D3 of the outer pipe 23. A space δ is formed between the axial end of the inner annular member 30 and the opposite ends of the outer pipes 23, 23. As a result, it is possible to prevent leak of pyrogenic fluid in double ways, to compensate the heat expansion difference between the outer pipe and the inner pipe and prevent damaging the pipe.
