Claims (1)
- 内燃機関のクランク軸と連動して回転する導電
性材料からなるデイスクプレートの周方向に交互
に凹凸とした凹凸部を形成すると共に、該凹凸部
に近接して導電性材料からなるピツクアツプを配
設してコンデンサ素子を形成し、前記デイスクプ
レートの回転に応じた前記コンデンサ素子の静電
容量変化をクランク角信号として取り出す構成と
した静電容量型クランク角センサにおいて、少な
くとも前記凹凸部の凹部に非導電性材料を充填し
たことを特徴とする静電容量型クランク角センサ
。
