    この軸受本体の一側で前記シヤフト周りの空間を
    密封する磁性流体シールとからなるインテグラル
    型軸受装置において、 前記磁性流体シールと前記軸受本体との間に相
    当する前記シヤフトの外周面に溝を形成したこと
    を特徴とするインテグラル型軸受装置。 (2) 前記溝が、環状もしくは螺旋状に形成され
    たものである、実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項
