高くなり、使用中にサーモスイツチ3が動作して
しまい、使い勝手が非常に悪くなる問題があつ

アードライヤーのヒータ装置において、上記ジグ
ザグ状ヒータ10の基台9と対向する側の折り返
し部4と基台9との隙間の寸法を送風方向に変化
させて成ることを特徴とするものであり、ジグザ
グ状ヒータ10の折り返し部4と基台9との隙間
寸法が不揃いであるために、サーモスイツチ3へ
の熱的影響はジグザグ状ヒータ10の折り返し部
4の基台9に最も近接している部分で決まり、基
台9とジグザグ状ヒータ10の隙間寸法δが変化
してもサーモスイツチ3に与える影響が小さいも
のである。 以下本考案の実施例を添付図に基いて詳述す
る。ジグザグ状ヒータ10は一対の基板1間にヒ
ータ体2を張り渡して形成されている。即ち、絶
縁性の基板1には多数の穴6が略碁盤目状に穿孔
されており、この一対の基板1同士は基板支持金
具7により組立てられて互いに平行に対向させら
れている。ヒータ体2は線状のものであり、基板
1の穴6に通して基板1間にジグザグに張り渡さ
れており、ヒータ体2の端部には第4図に示すよ
うなスリーブ端子8がかしめられており、このス
リーブ端子8は半田付けなどで基板1に固定され
ている。なお、イがヒータ体2の巻き始め部分、
ロがヒータ体2の巻き終わり部分である。このジ
グザグ状ヒータ10は基台9の上に取り付けられ
ており、基台9の送風方向前部にはサーモスイツ
チ3と温度ヒユーズ5が固定されており、ヒータ
体2とサーモスイツチ3と温度ヒユーズ5とは第
5図に示すように直列に接続されており、熱風温
度が高くなりすぎるとサーモスイツチ3が開いて
ヒータ体2が切れ、熱風温度が所定温度に保持さ
れる構造となつている。第1図及び第2図に示す
実施例では、ヒータ体2の折り返し部4は9列に
構成されており、この内サーモスイツチ3に近に
側の1〜3列のみが基台9側へ突出して基台9に
近接しており、4〜9列の折り返し部4は基台9
から比較的離間している。従つて、サーモスイツ
チ3に当たる熱風は、基台9に近い1〜3列目の
ヒータ体2からの熱を受けるのみで残りの4〜9
列のヒータ体2からの熱を受けず、サーモスイツ
チ3の特性をこの熱に応じた温度のものを使用す
れば基台9とヒータ体2との隙間δ1,δ2の寸法が
多少ばらついてもサーモスイツチ3に与える影響
は1〜3列のみのヒータ体2となるので(熱量が
少ないので)、サーモスイツチ3の動作特性に影
響を与えにくいのである。 第6図に示すものは本考案の他例であり、ヒー
タ体2の折り返し部4をサーモスイツチ3に近い
側の列ほど基台9に接近するように次第に突出高
さを変化させ、折り返し部4に接する面が基台9
に対して傾斜するようにし、折り返し部4と基台
9との隙間距離が次第に変化するように構成した
ものである。この実施例では、サーモスイツチ3
に影響を与えるヒータ体2は全体の約半分の列と
なり、多少基台9とヒータ体2との距離が変化し
てもサーモスイツチ3の温度が変動しないように
なつている。
