記ツメ部を駆動して上記水導出部を解放する当接

押圧方向と逆方向に付勢するツメ付勢部材と、を
具備し、上記ツメ部、上記当接部および上記ツメ
付勢部材は一体的に形成された樹脂製弾性部材と
