近傍に配設し、開弁レバー２１には前記弁体１７
の押圧部を設け、開弁レバー２１の係止具１９は
前記開弁操作部２２と閉弁操作部２４の下部に互
に重なり合う位置に設け、前記係止具１９を後方
に揺動させて係合する係止突起３１を開弁レバー
２１の下部に設けるとともに、係止具１９と係止
突起３１の係合を解除する係脱作動面３４を閉弁
