Abstract

PURPOSE:To save the labor of a user to take a memo, etc., and to record starting time at the time of automatic running, as well, by supplying at least the starting time of a case that an input signal is converted into picture information or character information, and the converted information is printed out or displayed, to a printer or a display unit as an outputting unit. CONSTITUTION:The titled device is provided with means 4-6 to convert the input signal into the picture information or the character information, and terminal units 14, 15 to print out or display the picture information or the character information from said converting means, and the means 7-11 to supply, at least, the starting time of the print out or the display of the picture information or the character information to the outputting unit. When the input signal is a FAX signal, the input signal is converted into the picture information, and in case of a radio telegraph type signal, it is converted into the character information, and when the information is printed out or displayed by the terminal units 14, 15, the starting time, at least,of the print out or the display is supplied to the output unit. Thus, at least, the starting time of the print out of the display can be automatically recorded, and the labor of the user to take a memo one by one, etc., is saved, and in addition, the starting time at the time of the automatic running can be recorded.
