Abstract

PURPOSE:To expand a band area capable of taking a large amount of damping quantity at a damping area, by connecting in series plural cavity type resonators in multi-stages having the same cycle length and the different crossing length of electrode fingers and the different length of the electrode fingers of a reflector at every stage. CONSTITUTION:The cycle length of interdigital electrode fingers 144, 148, 150, 152, 156, and 158 of interdigital transducers 100, 102, and 104 in the cavity type resonators A1-A3 are set equal with each other, and the crossing length of them and the length l1-l3 of the electrodes of the reflector are set different with each other at every stage of the resonators A1-A3, then, the interdigital transducers 100, 102, and 104 are connected in series in the multi-stages. In such a way, since the resonance frequencies of the resonators A1-A3 can be set equal with each other, it follows that an antiresonance frequency can be expanded and distributed without deteriorating the loss at the resonance frequency since each antiresonance frequency is different with each other. In such a way, it is possible to expand the band area capable of taking a large number of damping quantity at the damping area.
