た複数のデータ電極にそれぞれ接続されるリード
端子及び、前記誘電体基板の他面に前記データ電
極と対向する様に形成された共通電極に接続され

して用いられる３端子コンデンサネツトワークで
あつて、 前記誘電体基板、データ電極及び共通電極に絶
縁被膜を施すと共に、前記データ電極を回路基板
のアース導体と対向して配置する様に、前記リー
ド端子とアース端子とを、前記データ電極の形成
