Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) シリコン単結晶基板の表面に光フアイバー
および嵌合用ガイドピンを取付ける溝がフオトリ
ソグラフイ技術によつて形成されたフエルールと
、このフエルールの溝に取付けられた光フアイバ
ーおよび嵌合用ガイドピンと、これらと平面で接
触し前記フエルールとで光フアイバーおよびガイ
ドピンをはさんだシリコン単結晶の押え板とを具
備して成る光コネクタ。 (2) シリコン単結晶の面指数（１００）の表面
にＶ溝が形成されたことを特徴とする実用新案登
録請求の範囲第１項記載の光コネクタ。
