PURPOSE: To facilitate pattern-like partial transfer by putting transfer sheet with adhesive layer of ionizing radiation hardening type on the whole mold lubricant surface of mold lubricant sheet on the object to be transferred, and by putting a mask thereon to irradiate with ionizing radiation. CONSTITUTION: Mounted on the object to be transferred is transfer sheet with adhesive layer of ionizing radiation hardening type on the whole mold lubricant surface of mold lubricant sheet. Placed on it is a mask composed of portion to transmit ionizing radiation and that to shield it, and only the portion of adhesive layer on which ionizing radiation is transmitted is hardened by irradiating the radiation. Then by peeling off the transfer sheet, the part of adhesive layer that has not been hardened is removed. Used as the ionizing radiation is electron beam or UV rays, and its dose is generally 1-30 Mrad for the electron beam radiation.
