後、当該ハンガから離脱せられて次段の乾燥工程
に通ずるフロアコンベアに載せ換えられると共に
、被塗装物を離脱させた前記ハンガが、水切り工
程を経て電着塗装ラインの始端側に戻されるよう
に成された電着塗装装置において、被塗装物が離
脱した前記ハンガの表面に電着している塗料を薬
液で溶解除去すると共に、当該ハンガの表面に付
着した薬液を水で洗浄除去する薬液洗浄工程が、
前記水切り工程の前段側に設けられていることを
特徴とする電着塗装装置。 (2) 前記薬液が、電着槽内に設けられた隔膜電
極から排出される極液である前記実用新案登録請
