Abstract

PURPOSE:To suppress an unnecessary power consumption and to improve operability, by selectively changing the form of a pulse signal according to the conditions of transmitting and receiving a signal while using an inherent code in common as it is. CONSTITUTION:A transmission circuit 200 emitting element 5 is connected through an emitting circuit 21 to a CPU22 storing the inherent code set for at every vehicle. A trigger circuit 23 discriminates whether an instruction is given from a button switch 6 or a contact circuit 25, and discriminates whether a control to be executed at present is a door lock operation or an engine operation. The CPU22 outputs selectively the pulse signal to be adapted to respective cases based on the information, and transmits automatically more proper signal waveform corresponding to the transmission conditions of the signal. A code signal is transmitted from an optical sensor 10 through a light-receiving circuit 30 to a CPU31, and the inherent code is checked at the CPU31.
