Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent an accident such as a leak of an electrolyte or the like by a method wherein an elastomer layer is formed on one face of a substrate film, a capacitor element is superposed, its lead pin is pierced through the elastomer layer and is inserted into a lead-in insertion hole, the elastomer layer is expanded and vulcanized and the substrate film is cut along the side wall of an aluminum container. CONSTITUTION:An unvulcanized elastomer layer 3 which is expanded during a vulcanization process is laminated on one side of a substrate film 1 where one set or several pieces of capacitor lead pin insertion holes 2, 2 are made at prescribed intervals. A lead pin 6 of a capacitor element 5 is pierced through the unvulcanized elastomer layer 3 and is inserted into the lead pin insertion hole 2; after that, an aluminum container 7 is superposed from an upper part; a capacitor is manufactured. If this capacitor is heated, the unvulcanized elastomer layer 3 is vulcanized; a boundary between the aluminum container and the rubber layer and a boundary between the lead pin and the rubber layer are bonded and fixed completely; if the substrate film layer is cut along a side wall 8 of the aluminum container 7, whereby one to several capacitors are obtained.
