Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce a surge current by controlling the switching voltage of a switching transistor according to a second DC output converted from the secondary side of a transformer. CONSTITUTION:A DC-DC voltage conversion power circuit is composed of a rectangular wave oscillator 1, push-pull connected power-driven transistors (Tr) 6-7, a transformer 10, a rectifier 3 on the secondary winding side of said transformer and others, and is equipped with an audio amplifier 2 and a speaker 4a connected with an output terminal 4. Then, the output of said output terminal 4 is applied to the base of a Tr 18 via a rectifier circuit 20 and voltage dividing resistors 21-22 and supplied from the collector of said Tr 18 to the bases of Trs 13-14. Thus, when the output of said amplifier 2 is more than a given level, the Tr 18 is turned ON while the Trs 13-14 are turned OFF so that the base current of the Trs 6-7 is supplied sufficiently. Likewise, when the output is less than said given level, the base current of the Trs 6-7 is decreased so that an unwanted current is reduced.
