構成してあり、枠体34の側枠部の取付孔34a

部52及び案内片部53の外端部がアウターリン
グ3の内側を挿通し得るように構成してあると共
に、第2図示の如く、インナーリング2の内側に
密着して撓んだときは緊締片部52の外端部がア
ウターリング3の係止段部32に圧接し得るよう
に構成してある。また、前記弾性係合片5の緊締
片部52の略中央には、前記中空部10から挿入
溝孔24を通つてねじ部材6のねじ軸部が螺合す
るねじ孔52aが穿設してあり、該ねじ部材6を
締め付けると、第2図に示す如く、ねじ頭部と緊
締片部52とによりアウターリング3の係止段部
32が挟持されインナーリング2を固定し、やや
弛めると、緊締片部52の外端が係止段部32上
に当接する状態でインナーリング2を回転可能と
し、更に弛めると、第3図に示す如く、緊締片部
52の外端が係止段部32から外れてインナーリ
ング2の取り外しが可能になるように構成してあ
る。なお、実施例では弾性係合片5及び挿入溝孔
24をインナーリング2の二個所に設けているの
みであるが、二個所に限るものではなく、それ以
上設けて良いことは勿論である。また、本考案に
係る緊締部材の構成としては、上記実施例の他
に、第4図及び第5図に示す如く、ねじ部材6に
係止段部32の下面に当接する座金25を使用す
るか、フランジ部22の下面に係止段部32の下
面に当接する鍔片25を設けることもでき、又
は、第6図及び第7図に示す如く、フランジ部2
2の外周縁を係止段部32の下面に当接する大き
さに構成し、アウターリング3にインナーリング
