[Background Art] Conventionally, as shown in FIGS. 6 to 8, this type of recessed lighting equipment includes a reflector 4 that reflects light rays emitted from a lamp 2, and a socket that holds the lamp 2. 3 and a frame 10 for holding a reflector 4, and an attachment spring 6 protruding from the side surface of the instrument body 1 is provided. The reflector 4 is held by a holding spring 5 provided on the frame 10. To attach this embedded lighting fixture to a panel material 7 such as a ceiling panel, first insert the fixture body 1 into the embedded hole 8 formed in the panel material 7.
, and the peripheral edge of the embedded hole 8 is held between the flange piece 9 that protrudes outward from the lower edge of the device body 1 and the mounting spring 6, and the device body 1 is attached to the panel material 7. wear. Next, the reflector 4 is installed in the instrument body 1 and held by the retaining spring 5, and finally the lamp 2 is installed in the socket 3. As described above, conventional recessed lighting fixtures have problems in that they have a large number of parts and are difficult to install.

On the other hand, an embedded lighting fixture having a configuration as shown in FIG. 9 has been devised. That is, a device main body 1 consisting of a socket 3 and a reflector 4 is used, and a mounting spring 6 is attached to the peripheral surface of the device main body 1. The attachment spring 6 has a shape that includes an attachment piece 11 that is attached to the peripheral surface of the instrument body 1 and a spring piece 12 that projects obliquely upward from the lower end edge of the attachment piece 11. Therefore, in order to attach the instrument body 1 to the panel material 7, as shown in FIG. Then, as the device main body 1 is inserted, the mounting spring 6 will expand outward.
As shown in FIG. 9a, the peripheral edge of the embedding hole 8 of the panel material 7 is sandwiched between the flange piece 9 protruding outward from the lower edge of the instrument body 1 and the spring piece 12 of the mounting spring 6. , the instrument body 1 is attached to the panel material 7. Therefore, there are advantages in that the number of parts is small and the installation work is simple. By the way, in this configuration, it is necessary to fix the spring piece 12 of the mounting spring 6 to the peripheral surface of the device main body 1 using a fixing device 13 such as a screw or rivet, and as shown in FIG. When the diameter is approximately equal to the opening diameter of the instrument body 1 and the lamp 2 is disposed in the lower part of the instrument body 1, the fixture 13 is not visible, but as shown in FIG. is smaller than the aperture diameter of the reflector 4, and when the lamp 2 is disposed on the upper part of the fixture body 1, the fixture 13 becomes visible and becomes unsightly. Furthermore, when the thickness of the panel material 7 is large, the angle between the mounting piece 11 and the spring piece 12 of the mounting spring 6 becomes small when the device main body 1 is attached to the panel material 7. There is a problem in that large bending stress always acts on the base of the mounting spring 6, making the mounting spring 6 easy to break.

(Example) As shown in FIG. 1, the appliance body 1 includes a socket 3 that holds a lamp 2, and a bowl-shaped reflector 4 that is open downward and reflects the light rays emitted from the lamp 2.
It is formed from. A flange piece 9 is formed on the outer periphery of the lower edge of the reflector 4 over the entire circumference. The mounting piece 11 of the mounting spring 6 overlaps a part of the upper surface of the flange piece 9, and as shown in FIG. 1b and FIG. By tightening, the mounting piece 11 is fixed to the flange piece 9. The mounting spring 6 is formed in such a shape that a spring piece 12 projects obliquely upward from one end edge of the base side of the flange piece 9 of the mounting piece 11, and the spring piece 12 is directed away from the optical axis of the reflector 4. That is, it has a spring force in the direction of expanding outward. Further, the spring piece 12 is slightly curved so as to be convex upward. A plurality of mounting springs 6 formed in this manner are provided for the reflector 4, and as in the conventional example shown in FIG. If the spring piece 12 is inserted into the embedding hole 8 formed in the panel material 7 in a state close to the flange piece 9 and the spring piece 12, the panel material 7 will be held between the flange piece 9 and the spring piece 12. , whereby the instrument main body 1 is fixed to the panel material 7. When fixed in this way, when the device body 1 is attached to the panel material 7, the mounting piece 11 of the mounting spring 6 and the spring piece 1
2, the bending stress acting on the bent portion becomes smaller than that of the shape shown in FIG. 9, and as a result, the attachment spring 6 is prevented from breaking. It can be prevented. Here, the component parts are lamp 2, socket 3,
Since it only includes the reflector 4 and the mounting spring 6, the number of parts is extremely small, and production costs can be reduced. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 3a, the outer peripheral edge of the flange piece 9 is curled all around, so as shown in FIG. 3b.
Panel material 7 as in the case of processing like
It will not damage the surface. In addition, the end face of sheet metal is generally difficult to paint, but since the end face of sheet metal does not come into contact with the contact surface to panel material 7,
Even if the end faces of sheet metal that are not sufficiently painted become rusty, the rust will not adhere to the ceiling.

FIG. 4 shows an example using a mounting spring 21 of another shape. The mounting spring 21 is formed by a mounting piece 22 that is fitted onto the top surface of the reflector 4, and a plurality of spring pieces 23 that protrude diagonally downward from the periphery of the mounting piece 22, and the lower end of the spring piece 23 is attached to the reflector. 4 has a spring force directed away from the optical axis. When attaching to a panel material 7 such as a ceiling panel, as shown in FIG.
is inserted while coming into contact with the periphery of the embedding hole 8 and widening to narrow the width. When the flange piece 9 formed at the lower end of the reflector 4 is in contact with the surface of the panel material 7, the lower end edge of the spring piece 23 comes into elastic contact with the inner circumferential surface of the embedded hole 8 and moves downward into the instrument body 1. movement is stopped.

[Effects of the invention] As described above, the invention includes a panel material such as a ceiling panel between the main body of the device, which is equipped with a reflector that is open on one side, and the flange piece that protrudes outward from the edge of the opening of the reflector. A recessed lighting fixture equipped with a plurality of mounting springs that are held together, the mounting spring having a mounting piece that overlaps the flange piece, and a tip that protrudes from one end of the mounting piece on the side of the fixture body and whose tip part is away from the optical axis of the reflector. The device is equipped with a spring piece having a spring force in the direction of increasing the distance between the flange piece and the flange piece, and the mounting piece is fixed by folding back the periphery of the flange piece. The main body of the device is held by sandwiching the panel material between them, so if it is mounted against the spring force during installation, the main body of the device will be held by the panel material by the spring force after that, making the installation work easier. This has the advantage of making it extremely easy. Moreover, since the angle formed between the spring piece of the mounting spring and the mounting piece in the attached state is larger than that when not in the mounted state, the bending stress acting on the bent part between the mounting piece and the spring piece of the mounting spring is compared. The target becomes smaller,
This has the advantage that the attachment spring is prevented from breaking as in the conventional case.
