リアと、上記加工物の加工面の平面度を検出する
平面検出手段と、該検出手段から得られる検出値
に基づいて上記キヤリア先端部の回動端の位置を
規制し、上記加工物の送り量を調整するためのス
トツパとを備えたことを特徴とする縦型平面研削
