Abstract

PURPOSE:To ensure easily obtaining an installation space for a fuel filler hose by locating the point of connecting a suspension member to a rear body part forward of a rear link between said member and a wheel support body and aft of a rear wheel drive shaft. CONSTITUTION:A rear suspension is equipped with a wheel support body 68 for so supporting a rear wheel 50 as to be freely rotatable, and a suspension member 64 elastically supported on a vehicle body 52. In the aforesaid constitution, each end of the suspension member 64 at front and rear parts of a vehicle is connected to the body 52 via each vibration restraining member 62F and 62R. And the front vibration restraining member 62F is arranged forward of the connection of a radius ring 88 to the suspension member 64 at the front side of the vehicle. Also, the rear vibration restraining member 62R is positioned forward of a rear link 86 and aft of a drive shaft for the rear wheel 50. According to the aforesaid construction, it becomes possible to easily obtain an installation space for a fuel filler hose.
