Claims (1)
子部品搬送用の保持間隔調整装置であつて、 前記保持部のうち左右何れか最端の保持部をシ
リンダに連結し、前記各保持部相互を弾性材によ
り接続させるとともに、中間に位置する各保持部
に対応するストツパを、夫々設けた電子部品搬送
用の保持間隔調整装置。 (2) 前記保持部はフレームと、該フレームに固
定したシリンダと、該シリンダにより上下動する
スライドシヤフトと、該スライドシヤフトの下端
に設けた吸着パツト又は把持爪とから成ることを
特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の
電子部品搬送用の保持間隔調整装置。 (3) 前記中間に位置する保持部の各底面を、シ
リンダに連結した保持部から遠ざかるに従い順次
低位に形成し、かつ前記ストツパの上面をシリン
ダに連結した保持部から遠ざかるに従い高く形成
してシリンダに連結した保持部をシリンダ側に引
寄せた際に、中間に位置する保持部を前記弾性材
を介してシリンダ側に引寄せるとともに、位置決
め対応する中間の保持部を、前記各ストツパに当
接させることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
囲第1項記載の電子部品搬送用の保持間隔調整装
置。 (4) 前記弾性材はコイルバネであることを特徴
とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項又は第3項
