Abstract

PURPOSE:To make the absolute value of a high voltage stable while always taking the balance of a load current by varying an oscillating frequency by a control voltage or current so as to correct the balance if the load current is unbalanced thereby controlling the oscillated control voltage to keep the high voltage within a prescribed value. Moreover, a load current difference detection circuit 10 of high- voltage generating circuits 1, 4 and a circuit 11 for detecting a high voltage absolute error are provided and the frequency of the two oscillation circuits 3, 6 is controlled by a balance control circuit 12 at the same time to obtain a stable high voltage by a high-voltage stabilizing circuit and the current balance control and high-voltage control are applied.
