縮室4の駆動側開口部を閉塞するサイドハウジン
グ、6は圧縮室4の駆動側と反対側の開口部を閉
塞するサイドハウジング、7は圧縮室4内にあつ
てクランク軸2の偏心部2aに係止した回転自在
のローリングピストン、8はシリンダ3の軸方向
に形成されたベーン案内溝、9はこの案内溝に摺
動自在に嵌挿され、かつ、ローリングピストン7
の外周面に摺接されて圧縮室4を高圧室4aと低
圧室4bとに区分するベーン、10はベーン9を
ローリングピストン7の外周面に押圧する圧縮ば
ね、11は圧縮室4の周壁面に開口する吐出ポー
ト、この吐出ポート11は圧縮されたガスを通過
させるのに充分な断面積を備えている。12は吐
出ポート11と連通してシリンダ3の軸方向に形
成された丸穴状の弁室であり、13は吐出弁で、
弁室12に内接されその自由端で吐出ポート11
を開閉自在に閉塞する断面C字状の弾性薄板によ
り形成されている。14は吐出弁13のストロー
クを規制する弁押え体で、吐出弁13の内側に設
置され吐出弁13の一端を挾持してシリンダ3に
固定する略丸形の部材であり、吐出弁13と共に
弁室12内に収納されている。15は固定部材で
ある固定用ボルトで、このボルト15は弁押え体
14にねじで締結され、吐出弁13の基部を弁室
12の周壁の吐出ポート11と対向する位置に固
定している。16は弁室12と連通している吐出
孔である。

供することを目的とするものである。

両端面を異形状とするには、予め焼結材の成形型
の該当部分を異形状に成形しておけば簡単に製作
することができ、コストが増加するようなことは
ない。また、焼結材として独特の可圧方向に生ず
る所謂「バリ」の対策も同時に解決することがで
きる。
