の２点で支持して、駆動軸を細くする一方、弾性
力を有する嵌合部材の一端をハウジング側の軸孔
に嵌合し、他端をサイドプレートの中心孔に嵌合
し、この中心孔部分を嵌合部材でシールするとと
もに、このシール機能を有する嵌合部材とサイド
プレートの外周に装着したシール部材とで、サイ
ドプレートの外側に高圧室を形成し、しかも、上
記嵌合部材の弾性力でサイドプレートにイニシヤ
