Conventionally, in order to form a flocked pattern by planting short fibers on the surface of fabrics such as shirts, it was
As disclosed in publications such as No. 38963, No. 7413, and No. 35619 of 53, first, an adhesive with weak adhesive strength is applied to the backing paper, and short fibers are electrostatically flocked onto this. Make a flocked mount according to the method. Thereafter, a short fiber grafting material is prepared by applying a short fiber group grafting adhesive layer in a pattern on the top of the short fibers planted on the flocking mount using a heat-melting thermoplastic synthetic resin. In order to form a pattern consisting of short fiber groups on the surface of a fabric such as a shirt using this, the surface of the short fiber grafting adhesive layer applied and formed in a pattern on the short fiber grafting material and the surface of the fabric such as a shirt are bonded. The short fibers are overlapped and heated and pressed, and the adhesive forming the short fiber group grafting adhesive layer is melted in a pattern on the patterned surface of the shirt, etc., and the molten adhesive is used to plant the flocked fibers on the fabric surface, such as the shirt, on the flocking paper. After the short fibers are glued together and cooled and solidified, the flocked backing paper is peeled off from the surface of the fabric such as a shirt. Then, the planted short fibers transplanted from the flocked mount are transplanted onto the surface of the cloth such as a shirt, forming a pattern similar to the short fiber adhesive layer.

In addition, when it is desired to graft a desired pattern made of short fibers onto the surface of a fabric such as a shirt, it is necessary to first prepare a short fiber grafting material with a short fiber grafting adhesive layer of the desired pattern. However, there is an inconvenience that this is not possible.

Furthermore, the present invention enables the grafting of a flocked pattern made of short fibers onto a cloth surface such as a shirt by using a screen printing method without using the short fiber grafting material according to the conventional method described above. A short fiber grafting adhesive layer is printed with a pattern using synthetic resin, and then the flocked mount is reversed and the short fibers grafted on the flocked mount are printed on the surface of the short fiber grafted adhesive layer printed in the pattern. The short fibers planted on the flocked mount are adhered to the fabric surface such as a shirt in a pattern by overlapping the tops and heating and pressing them with an iron, heating press, etc., and then the fabric surface such as the shirt and the flocking mount are bonded together. By peeling it off, the short fibers planted on the flocking mount are transplanted onto the fabric surface of a shirt or the like in a pattern to form a flocked pattern made of the short fibers on the fabric surface of the shirt or the like. It is something to do.

Therefore, synthetic resin has been commonly used in the flocking industry as an adhesive for printing patterns in order to transplant short fiber groups 2 planted on a flocking mount 1 onto a cloth surface 3 of a shirt or the like. If a heat-melting thermoplastic synthetic resin 4 is used, the synthetic resin 4 will be melted by heat and will be fused to the fabric surface 3 such as a shirt on the one hand, and at the same time will be attached to the reversed flocked backing paper 1 on the other hand. However, the short fiber group 2 planted on the flocking mount is extremely fine, and its length is 0.2 mm to 1 mm. Since this is a special material that is planted with a weak adhesive, the synthetic resin melted on the fabric surface 3 such as a shirt is implanted on the reversed flocking mount 1 as shown in Figure 1. Not only does it adhere to the top of the short fiber group 2, but it may also trace back and reach from the middle to the root of the short fiber. Under such conditions, when the fabric surface 3 of the shirt or the like and the flocked mount 1 are peeled off, as shown in FIG. The short fibers are transplanted in a state in which even the top portion thereof is covered with the dried and solidified adhesive 4 constituting the short fiber transplantation adhesive layer.

The second object of the present invention is to eliminate this inconvenience,
Based on the above-mentioned special condition of a flocked mount on which extremely fine and extremely short short fibers are implanted, flocked designs using short fibers that will be transplanted onto the surface of fabrics such as shirts will be made as shown in Figure 2. The goal is to create a product that looks and feels good, rather than having a bad texture.

For self-crosslinking type or non-self-crosslinking type, add a crosslinking agent and adjust the reaction crosslinking agent to make it water-soluble.
A water-dispersible, solvent-based thermoplastic synthetic resin solution is used as a printing ink, and this is used to print a short fiber grafted adhesive layer 14 in the form of a pattern on a fabric surface 13 of a shirt or the like using a method such as silk screen printing. The tops of the short fiber groups 12 planted on the flocked mount 11 are superimposed on this before it dries, and the short fiber grafted adhesive layer 14 is forcedly dried by heating and pressing. The flocked mount 11 is placed on the short fiber grafted adhesive layer 14 printed in a pattern on 13.

One of the features of the present invention is that it has been used in the flocking industry as an adhesive to attach short fibers to fabrics when making flocked fabrics, or in the transfer material industry to transfer printed designs formed on mounts to fabrics. When making photographic materials, a paste of thermoplastic synthetic resin prepared in a so-called hot-melt type is used as a transfer material for the printed design, and this is then heated and pressed to melt and create a short Dispelling the common sense that fibers or printed designs are fused to fabrics, thermoplastic synthetic resins that are self-crosslinking agents or thermoplastic synthetic resins that are not self-crosslinking agents are formulated as reactive crosslinking types, and these are water-soluble, Water dispersible, solvent type viscosity 20000cps~70000cps
This is used as a printing ink to form a short fiber grafting adhesive layer, and the short fibers are grafted onto a flocked paper using the cross-linking reaction of the thermoplastic synthetic resin solution constituting the ink. The aim is to graft short fibers onto fabric.

The second feature of the present invention is that the tops of the short fiber groups planted on the flocking paper are overlapped before the surface of the short fiber grafting adhesive layer, which has been printed with the above-mentioned printing ink on the cloth surface such as a shirt, is dry. The short fiber grafting adhesive layer is formed by heating and pressing using a hot pressing tool such as an iron, and by force drying the short fiber grafted adhesive layer to promote the crosslinking reaction of the thermoplastic synthetic resin.

Therefore, the heating and pressing work described above does not involve the conventional idea of melting thermoplastic synthetic resin prepared in a hot-melt type to fuse the article, but instead grafting short fiber groups based on this idea. There is also no phenomenon that occurs when the texture is damaged.

Among thermoplastic synthetic resins, there are those that do not exhibit a crosslinking reaction, so-called self-crosslinking synthetic resins in which the reactive groups of the synthetic resin themselves act to crosslink, and the synthetic resins themselves are self-crosslinking. The reactive groups it has are said to be classified as synthetic resins with reactive crosslinking agents, which do not act on their own, but exhibit a crosslinking reaction when a crosslinking agent is added and adjusted.

The present invention focuses on the characteristics of a thermoplastic synthetic resin solution prepared using self-crosslinking type and reactive crosslinking type thermoplastic synthetic resins that are formulated to have the function of a binder, and uses this solution for silk screen printing. We decided to use this ink to print and form a patterned short fiber grafted adhesive layer on the surface of fabrics such as shirts. Then, the fabric surface 1 of the shirt etc.
3, after printing and forming the short fiber grafting adhesive layer 14 in the shape of a pattern using the ink containing the synthetic resin as a main component, and before it dries, the tops of the short fiber groups 12 planted on the flocking mount 11 are overlapped. When heated and pressed using a heated pressing device such as an iron, the synthetic resin liquid constituting the short fiber adhesive layer 14 printed in a pattern on the cloth surface 13 of the shirt, etc., on the other hand, On the other hand, the short fibers 12 planted on the flocked mount 11 are dried with the tops of the short fibers 12 in contact with the surface of the fabric such as a shirt, the water evaporates, and the short fibers permeate into the constituent fibers. The synthetic resin that forms the graft adhesive layer 14 is a fibrous material that forms the layer between synthetic resins, the tops of short fibers to which synthetic resin is attached, and the surface of fabrics such as shirts that are impregnated with synthetic resin. Cross-linking will be promoted between them.

Since the method uses the reaction change of the short fiber graft adhesive layer formed on the fabric surface such as a shirt with the synthetic resin liquid described above to bind to the fabric surface such as a shirt, it can be attached to the fabric surface such as a shirt as in the past. Instead of grafting the short fibers through a thick synthetic resin grafting adhesive layer that has been dried and solidified, the short fibers are used to create patterns on shirts, etc., which look and feel soft and have a good texture. It will be formed on the fabric surface. (See Figure 4)

A pattern-shaped short fiber grafting adhesive layer 14 is formed by printing, and before it dries, the tops of the short fiber groups 12 planted on the flocking mount 11 are superimposed on this and heated and pressed. The fiber graft adhesive layer 14 was forced to dry, and the tops of the short fiber groups 12 planted on the flocked mount 11 were fixed to the short fiber graft adhesive layer 14 printed in a pattern on the fabric surface 13 of a shirt or the like. After that, by peeling off the flocked mount 13 from the fabric surface 13 of the shirt, etc., the short fiber groups 12 planted on the flocked mount 11 are transplanted in a pattern onto the fabric surface 13 of the shirt, etc. A short fiber grafting method characterized by forming a flocked pattern made of short fibers on the surface of the fabric.
