EXAMPLE:(3-Methyl-1,2,4-oxadiaza-5-yl) methyl-2-[4-(3-chloro-5-trifluoromethyl-2- pyridyloxy)phenoxy]propionic acid ester. USE:A selective herbicide. PREPARATION:A compound shown by formula II (Hal is halogen) is reacted with a compound shown by formula III optionally in the presence of a solvent such as acetone or benzene by using a base (e.g. triethylamine or sodium hydrox ide) preferably at 0-50 deg.C for several minutes - several hours.
