Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain large power from electromagnetic waves by mounting a superconducting circuit section, to which a critical current setting section is set up, to one part of an antenna receiving electro-magnetic waves and extracting power from the superconducting circuit section through a power storage means. CONSTITUTION:A superconducting circuit to which a critical current setting section N is fitted is installed to one part of an antenna 1. Such a critical current setting section N can be formed by reducing the sectional area of one part of the antenna 1 consisting of a superconductive material. A power storage means 3 is connected to the superconducting circuit, and power is extracted. Accordingly, currents flowing through the antenna 1 when electromagnetic waves are received can be taken out as potential difference from both ends T1, T2 of the critical current setting section N, thus acquiring comparatively large power from electromagnetic waves.
