Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a sharp image by beforehand pulverizing an electric charge controller in a wet condition in a monomer or adding said controller pulverized in an inert solvent in a wet condition to the monomer and polymerizing the monomer. CONSTITUTION:The spherical toner containing the charge controller uniformly dispersed in the toner particles is obtain by finely dispersing said controller in the monomer in advance or in another inert solvent and adding it to the monomer in advance to a medium particle diameter of <=2mu, preferably, <=1mu in the wet condition, and suspension polymerizing said monomer composition, thus permitting a sharp image to be obtained in the case of using said toner for electrophotography and electrostatic photography.
