CONSTITUTION:A photosensitive compsn. contg. at least 0.05-5wt.% F-contg. surface active agent and a photosensitive material is dissolved in a solvent mixture consisting of an ether deriv. A having 8-10[cal/cm<2>]<1/2> solubility parameter and an org. solvent B having >=10[cal/cm<2>]<1/2> solubility parameter in 50/50-0.5/99.5 proportion by weight (A/B). The soln. is applied to the surface of a base, and dried. Thus, a uniform coated surface, particularly a coated surface contg. no stripe unevenness of coated film nor wavy unevenness of density is obtd.
