Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the high-accuracy mass flowmeter by removing a DC component due to a secular change to a sensor output when measuring the mass flow rate of fluid by utilizing Coriolis force. CONSTITUTION:A window comparator 36 compares one of inflow-side and outflow-side detection signals with a 1st threshold value and a 2nd threshold value smaller than it. A 1st comparator 44 generates an output when one detection signal is higher than the 1st threshold value. A 2nd comparator 45, on the other hand, compares the other detection signal with the 2nd threshold value and generates an output when the other detection signal is smaller. An integration circuit 38 integrates the difference signal between both detection signals when one detection signal is between the 1st and 2nd threshold values. A subtracting circuit 48 subtracts a half of the integrated value of the integration circuit 38 at the time of the output of the 2nd comparator 45 from the integrated value of the integration circuit 38 at the time of the output of the 1st comparator 44 and outputs a signal proportional to the time difference between both detection signals. An amplitude control circuit 52 controls the amplitude of a duct.
