本考案は送電線緊線作業時に碍子と送電線に取

での作業は不安定であり、強度的に問題があつた
ので補強するために重量が重くなる欠点があつ

ジヤンパー線保護用のゴムカバーで被つた当たり
止め19と他端部に引掛部材20を設けて梯子体
24を形成する。この引掛部材20は梯子18に
取付けたロープ23に送電線引掛用のフツク21
と長さ調節用の三つ目環22を備えている。該梯
子体24のフレーム16,16の先端部に支柱体
15をユニバーサル・ジヨイント31により前後
左右に回動可能な状態で取付け、その支柱体15
と梯子体24とをそれぞれ長さ調節具25を備え
た補助パイプ26で連結し、さらに支柱体15の
取付板13の取付孔10に碍子取付部体9の取付
ボルト5を嵌入し、取付板13に設けたボルト1
