Claims (1)
- 中空のケース１と、ゴム様弾性材料をもつて製
せられ、前記ケース１の内部に配置されて該ケー
ス１の内部空室を２分割するダイアフラム２と、
一端を前記ダイアフラム２に結合されて前記ケー
ス１の外方に突出するロツド７と、前記ロツド７
に貫通される前記ケース１の部分に装着された軸
受用ハウジング９と、前記軸受用ハウジング９内
に配置されて前記ロツド７を支える軸受１０とを
有するアクチユエータにおいて、前記軸受１０が
、略螺旋状に巻回された線材をもつて形成される
とともに、前記軸受用ハウジング９が、軸方向中
央部から軸方向両端部へ向つて末広がりに形成さ
れているアクチユエータ。
