Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 中心部に電極または溶接ワイヤが配置され
た電極チツプの周囲に設けられ、電極チツプとの
間にガス通路を形成する金属製溶接ノズルにおい
て、前記ノズルは極薄肉の鉄系金属で形成され、
その内外周の全面に炭化チタン及び窒化チタンの
２層からなるセラミツク層を複数層形成したこと
を特徴とするセラミツクコーテイングされた金属
製溶接ノズル。 (2) 鉄系金属として普通鋼あるいはダイス鋼を
用いることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
第１項記載のセラミツクコーテイングされた金属
製溶接ノズル。
