Claims (1)
- ストリツプラインを有しかつ該ストリツプライ
ンと共にマイクロ波集積回路を構成する回路要素
を有する回路基板と、前記ストリツプラインの自
由端部側に中心導体が接続されている同軸線路と
を備えてなるマイクロ波集積回路装置において、
前記ストリツプラインは前記中心導体が接続され
る前記自由端部付近に該ストリツプラインと前記
同軸線路との整合を採るためのスタブを併設して
なることを特徴とするマイクロ波集積回路装置。
