At that time, the periphery of the repaired part overlaps the top of the existing part, creating a step.
There was a problem in that the impact was applied to passing vehicles, and the impact caused wear and damage to the repaired part, as well as peeling of the peripheral edge.

するものである。 The basic structure of the present invention is to mold the periphery of the repaired part into a wave shape that overlaps the top surface of the existing part in the repaired part where the road surface is repaired by covering the concavities created in the road pavement surface with paving material. This has the effect of causing the wheels of the vehicle to pass diagonally over the edge of the step, reducing the impact, as well as lengthening the boundary line between the repaired part and the existing part, increasing the amount of adhesive between the repaired part and the existing part. This prevents the repaired area from peeling off.

There is. Other examples of waveforms include a waveform in which circular arcs are connected alternately as shown in Figure 3, a waveform in which triangles are alternately connected as in Figure 4, and triangular wave protrusions formed at a predetermined pitch as in Figure 5. It may also be a waveform.

る。 Since the present invention has the above-mentioned configuration, the impact when the vehicle passes over the level difference in the repaired part of the pavement is reduced, and the adhesive surface at the peripheral edge is widened, thus preventing wear and damage on the repaired part. This reduces peeling, improves vehicle running performance, and increases durability.
