Abstract

PURPOSE: To easily form stepped faces having different heights by forming an illumination plate by a plate material bent in the shape of L character, raising one set of through cut parts provided on a refraction line on an L-shaped inner side, and forming a parallel face on an L-shaped bottom face. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of stepped faces 11a to 11d having different heights are formed on a first illumination plate 12 and a second illumination plate 13 bent in the shape of L character, respectively, and clearances 11e to 11g are formed between each stepped face 11a to 11d. The first illumination plate 12 sandwiches a resin layer 12C between a surface 12A made of a metallic thin plate and a rear plate 12B. A through cut part 12D passes through the first illumination plate 12, and a through cut part 12E passes through a surface of the rear plate 12B and the resin layer 12C. The first illumination plate 12 is bent in the shape of L character from a refraction line B, and the stepped faces 11b to 11d between the through cut parts 12D are raised on an L-shaped inner side and become parallel with the stepped face 11a. The second illumination plate 13 is treated in the same way. Consequently, the number of parts is reduced, welding becomes unnecessary, and welding distortion is eliminated.
