部に上記光源が配置されてなるＬＣＤ用バツクラ
イトであつて、 上記透孔はその口径がマスク板の裏面側から表
面側にいくにつれて漸次径小になつており、上記
マスク板よりも透光性に劣る遮光層が透孔の壁面
の大部分を覆わない箇所で、かつ径小側開口に向
かう光源の光の光路を遮る箇所に設けられている
