Abstract
PURPOSE:To have consolidated molding of a core and a roller by forming the shaft part from a hollow core, allowing semicircular discs with roller molding hollows to face each other with the core interposed, thereby forming a die cavity, and injecting resin to the hollow from the core through a resin injection hole. CONSTITUTION:A shaft part 4 is formed from a hollow core. A plurality of semicircular discs are put laminated in the axial direction, and between discs a hollow 22 in the same form as a cogged roller 2 and a feed roller 3 is formed to provided a die cavity and face each therein close contact with hollow core 4 interposed. Resin 8 is injected to this hollow 22 from a resin jet 5 provided in the core 4, and the hollow 22 is filled with resin from a resin injection hole 9 in the core 4, and thus rollers 2, 3 are yielded. Thus the shaft 4 is coupled fast with the rollers 2, 3 by resin. Molding is completed only by removing an upper and a lower die consisting of semicircular discs, that does not require any post-processings.
