    物質からなる柱状の固体からなる電極本体と該電
    極本体の周囲に同芯閉曲線状に設けられ該電極本
    体と前記セラミツクスとの間の熱伝導度を有し筒
    状の固体からなるバツフア体とを具備したことを
    特徴とするセラミツクス電磁流量計。
