Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 相対回転する内外二つの部材のうちの一方
に取り付けられた環状のシールド部材と、 このシールド部材の自由端面に固着された磁性
流体保持部材と、 この磁性流体保持部材と前記他方の部材との間
の環状隙間に保持された磁性流体とを備えている
密封装置において、 前記磁性流体保持部材に、前記シールド部材の
外側面または内側面に当接する張出部が設けられ
ていることを特徴とする密封装置。 (2) 前記磁性流体保持部材が環状磁石およびそ
の少なくとも一側面に固着された磁性材製の環状
のポールピースよりなり、前記張出部が前記ポー
ルピースと一体に形成されてなる、実用新案登録
請求の範囲第(1)項に記載の密封装置。
