いたガスを該分離剤から取り去つて排気口から排
出する再生行程とを、複数の開閉弁の切換動作に
より前記2本の分離筒において一定時間毎に交互
に行なうようにした圧力スウイング式混合ガス分
離装置において、前記開閉弁のうち少なくとも前
記各分離筒と前記排気口の間に介設した排気用の
開閉弁を前記吐出口側の処理済みガスを駆動圧力
源とするパイロツト式とし、前記排気口に、前記
吐出口側の処理済みガスの圧力上昇により開弁す
る常閉式の開閉弁を介設したことを特徴とする圧
力スウイング式混合ガス分離装置の始動時昇圧装
