方から高圧の混合ガスを供給して１種または２種
以上のガスを前記分離剤に吸着または吸収させる
ことにより分離した処理済みガスを他方の開口か
ら吐出する分離行程と、該他方の開口から前記分
離筒内に処理済みガスの一部を減圧して供給して
前記分離剤に吸着または吸収されていた前記１種
または２種以上のガスを該分離剤から取り去つて
前記一方の開口から放出する再生行程を一定時間
毎に交互に繰り返すようにした圧力スウイング式
混合ガス分離装置の分離筒において、前記２個の
開口の外側にケースを接続し、該各ケース内にフ
イルタを収容したことを特徴とする圧力スウイン
