Abstract

PURPOSE:To make the distance measurement information in a center part important so as to prevent the focusing of the nearest peripheral object and to prevent the focusing in the center part from being soft by setting the near weighted average result of distance measurement as a focal distance. CONSTITUTION:According to a control signal from an MPU 6, a light emission control circuit 2 executes primary light emission that light projecting elements 1a and 1b are lighted in a set timing and secondary light emission that the light projecting elements 1b and 1c are lighted in a set timing.
