Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable the feeding of a sample liquid accurately and safely to an air conveyance pipe while simplifying the sampling thereof, by arranging an injection needle working mechanism to insert an injection needle into a sample container, a sample container feeding mechanism to feed the container by a compressed air and the like. CONSTITUTION:A sample liquid injector 4 is made up of a sampling tube 2 with one end thereof leading to a liquid within a pipe 1 while an injection needle 22 at the other end thereof, a valve mechanism 21 and cylinder piston mechanism 23-25 for reciprocating needles 22. A sample container 30 herein used has a body 27 covered with a rubber cap 28 to reduce a pressure to a specified value within the container. A sample container feeder 3 shifts a container 30 existing at the lowest stage of a container stacker section 31 to an injecting position where the needles 22 are inserted into the cap 28 and after the suction of a liquid within the tube 2 into the container 30, the container 30 is fed into a conveyance pipe 8 via a feed chamber 32. The movement of the container 30 is performed with the action of a piston rod within cylinders 34 and 35. A compressed air pipeline 13 is connected to the pipe 8 penetrating to a compressed air source and a compressed air start/stop value 15 is opened to convey the container 30 by air to a final point.
